Molly Horan

Molly Horan is a poet, novelist, and playwright, and creative writing professor living in Jersey City, New Jersey. Her books include novels Thanks for Listening (named a Kirkus Best YA Books of 2024 and an ALA Rainbow Roundtable Top Ten for Teen Readers in 2026), Epically Earnest, and picture book I Have Seven Dogs. She is a member of the BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theater Workshop. She has her MFA and PhD in writing for young adults.
